If your family is anything like mine, we are running out of ideas for things to do this summer that won't break the bank or require a long drive. Thankfully, Corona-Norco has a TON of things to do right here in town that are free for the whole family to enjoy. Because, let's be honest, summer is all about spending time as a family and this list is going to help you create some great memories together. 




1. Citrus Community Park

1250 Santana Way Corona, CA 92881

Citrus Park is a great spot for the whole family to enjoy on a warm day. The splash pad is sure to be a hit with the kids! Citrus Park





2. Corona Heritage Park and Museum

Come learn more about the history, art, and culture of Corona, CA. Admission to the museum and parking are free. Corona Heritage Park and Museum.




3. Pikes Peak Park

6th Street, Norco, CA 92860

A wonderful family park featuring a tot lot, restrooms, open grass, picnic tables, and a 1/2 court basketball. Pikes Peak Park




4. The Shops at Dos Lagos

A community shopping center with retail, restaurants, and special events. The Shops at Dos Lagos. 




5. Corona Public Library

Open Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-12pm

6. El Cerrito Sports Park

El Cerrito Sports Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. There are restrooms, drinking fountains, and various sports fields. El Cerrito Sports Park 




7. Ridgeline Park

Ridgeline Park is the perfect summer destination for the whole family. This ADA-Accessible park has a splash pad to cool off on warm days along with covered shelter to beat the heat.  Ridgeline Park




8. Skyline Trail Area

Skyline Trail area is a great place for the family to get out for a hike. Be sure to bring water and snacks as well as sunscreen. Stay on the fire trail.  Skyline Trail





9. Pumpkin Rock Trail

Pumpkin Rock Trail is a 1.7 mile trail loop in Norco, CA. This is a moderate hike and you will want to be sure to bring water to stay hydrated.  Pumpkin Rock Trail




10. Dairyland Park

Dairyland Park is a great spot to enjoy with the whole family. It has a great splash pad the kids will be sure to love. *The water play feature is closed from September 30th-April 1st*  Dairyland Park
